Die Schlingelkinder (The Mischievous Children) is a collection of cautionary tales for mischievous children, inspired by the curious, dramatic, and moral-minded children’s books of yesteryear.
Originally created for my own children, these stories were written to reinforce the values our family found important: gratitude, patience, honesty, kindness, respect, and good judgment. Now shared for others to enjoy, each tale uses playful rhyme, old-fashioned charm, and a touch of dark humor to show what can happen when impish children ignore good advice.
